Terms of use
last updated 28 october 2026
1. About us
This website is run by Seamarkt Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16115228, registered office 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul St, London, EC2A 4NE. Contact: sales@seamarkt.com.
2. Using this website
By using this website you accept these terms. The website gives information about our products. Nothing on it is an offer to sell. You must not misuse the website, for example by trying to get unauthorised access or by introducing harmful code.
3. Buying on Amazon
Our products are sold to consumers through Amazon. When you buy on Amazon, Amazon's Conditions of Use and Sale apply to your order, including delivery and returns. Your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, are not affected.
4. Returns
Return an Amazon order through "Your Orders" on amazon.co.uk. For a trade order, email sales@seamarkt.com within 14 days of delivery with your invoice number and the reason. Faulty goods are always replaced or refunded.
5. Trade orders
A trade price request is not an order. We confirm each trade order in writing with the price, quantity, delivery date and payment terms. Those written terms apply to that order. Prices exclude VAT unless we say otherwise.
6. Product information
We try to keep product details correct. Photos and drawings are for illustration. The roll finder and the usage calculator give estimates only: check the roll size in your machine's manual before you buy. The carbon gangway / passerella is a future product. Registering interest does not create an order or a reservation.
7. Intellectual property
The Seamarkt name and logo are our trade marks. The text, drawings and design of this website belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not copy them for commercial use without our written permission.
8. Links to other websites
Links to Amazon and other websites are for your convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
9. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. If you use this website for business purposes, we are not liable for loss of profit, business or data arising from your use of the website.
10. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from the date shown at the top.
